1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

a) Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be in the original packaging, including tags and labels.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

b) Non-Returnable Items

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  4. Ship the returned item to the address provided in the RA instructions. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

a) Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to reflect on your payment statement.

b) Partial Refunds

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want to receive.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return process for a refund.

8. International Returns

For international customers, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we cannot reimburse customs duties or taxes for international returns. Also, depending on your location, return shipping times may vary.
